She recently teamed with Madison Dearborn Partners to get significant investment into Harmonia to help catapult its growth to a billion-dollar company. Pallabi’s enjoys several recognitions in the region such as civilian equivalent rank of a 2-star general, POTUS Volunteer Service Award, top 25 female CEOs, top 100 Smart CEO, Technical Trailblazer Contractor, most influential Federal 100 leaders, Asian Business Leader of the year, Top 10 Women Who Mean Business, and VA Businesswomen in Leadership.
Kelly Schlageter is Chief People Officer at Acentra Health, overseeing Marketing, communications, human resources and culture. Previously, she led marketing and communications at Inova Health System and held multiple roles at Sprint. Schlageter joined Acentra Health in 2019 and guided the CNSI-Kepro merger forming Acentra Health. She serves on the Northern Virginia Chamber board, has received multiple awards for advocacy, and been honored for strategic marketing efforts.
Victoria Virasingh recently ran for US Congress in Northern Virginia and worked with local nonprofits. Prior to that, at Palantir Technologies, she led Public-Private Partnerships and founded the Innovation & Jobs team, building relationships with stakeholders to address policy, innovation, and work-related issues. She worked with Privacy, Product, Legal, and Communications teams, hiring top talent to guide her efforts and influencing Palantir’s product development. Victoria also communicated with labor unions, policymakers, and civil society, contributing to discussions on the ethical implications of technology. She has worked globally, maintaining networks in the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Dr. Marta Wilson is founder of The LEAP Enterprise, a newly launched R&D lab, and TSi, an award-winning company that she sold in 2024. Marta has served as board secretary, NVTC; board member, ACG National Capital; and board chair, Easterseals DCMDVA. A business author, international speaker, and app developer, Marta's intellectual property continues to grow with the LEAP App (a pocket coach), LEAP Talent Development Programs (over 10,000 participants to date), and the LEAP Library which includes LEAP (an Amazon #1 bestseller), Energized Enterprise, Everybody’s Business, and Leaders in Motion. Marta’s PhD is in I/O psychology from VA Tech.
Denise Zheng is Chief AI Officer and Data & AI Lead for Accenture Federal Services. Previously, she was Managing Director and Global Generative AI and Ecosystem Lead at Accenture where she helped companies navigate adoption and scaling new classes of artificial intelligence. She has held various leadership roles at Accenture including as Strategic Initiatives Lead for Accenture’s Chair and CEO.
