Morgan Adamski was previously the Chief of the Cybersecurity Collaboration Center at NSA, where she enhanced partnerships with the private sector to secure the Defense Industrial Base against nation-state cyber threats. She also served as Deputy Strategic Mission Manager, leading initiatives to gain insights into nation-state cyber actors. With over a decade in NSA’s cyber missions, she was a senior Cyber Policy Advisor and contributed to the 2018 DoD Cyber Strategy. Ms. Adamski was COO for NSA’s offensive cyber mission and received the Director of National Intelligence Merit Unit Citation in 2019.
Joe Buckley is an executive and subject matter expert in Redhorse’s Cyber Analytics practice. He works in collaboration with Redhorse’s leadership team to provide innovative solutions to emerging law enforcement and intelligence challenges. He brings over 20 years of experience working in a variety of technical and leadership roles supporting cyber-focused software, research, and infrastructure requirements. Mr. Buckley has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Mr. Gillespie served as Chief Engineer for a DoD counter-threat agency where he led the construction of one of the largest and most successful big data intelligence systems in the world. Mr. Gillespie led Booz Allen’s Financial Crimes business unit and then founded a technology-focused subsidiary through which he developed the riskCanvas Technology Suite – a turn-key, big-data-enabled financial crimes platform to revolutionize the way financial institutions combat financial crimes. He is presently the Senior Vice President of National Cyber Solutions at Booz Allen Hamilton.
COL Evert Hawk II leads a portfolio focused on innovation, including Data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, & Cybersecurity. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, Master of Business Administration in Finance from St Joseph’s University, & Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from Pennsylvania State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional, PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has served in the US Army for ~35 years, is a qualified Signal & Intelligence officer & served on multiple combat deployments to Iraq & Afghanistan
Matt Hayden serves as GDIT’s vice president of cyber and emerging threats. As a senior cyber executive within GDIT’s Intelligence and Homeland Security division, he is responsible for fostering trusted relationships with industry partners and key cyber executive government leadership, delivering cyber growth strategies, and advancing the company’s cyber thought leadership.
Hayden has more than 25 years of experience in emerging technology and cyber policy. Previously, Hayden served as the Assistant Secretary for Cyber, Infrastructure, Risk and Resilience Policy at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Daniel Holtzman is the CIO, Cyber Assurance Officer, AO, and SCOP for the DOD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), overseeing all CDAO-related efforts. He is also the AO for the F-35 JSF Maintenance System portfolio. Previously, he was the Air Force's first Cyber HQE and served as the DAF AO for Command & Control and Rapid Cyber Acquisition systems. With 38 years of experience, he has led large-scale systems engineering and acquisitions and received over 40 commendations. He’s a graduate of MITRE, Harvard Kennedy School, and a certified level III Acquisition professional.
Jamil N. Jaffer is the Founder and Executive Director of the National Security Institute at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. He also serves as an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the National Security Law and Policy Program and the Cyber, Intelligence, and National Security LL.M. Program. He was recently appointed as a board member on the Cyber Safety Review Board at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He is also a Venture Partner at Paladin Capital Group, where he focuses on investments in dual-use national security technologies.

Adam Leslie is the Director of ASPI’s Washington DC office, bringing over 30 years of experience in national security, defense, and diplomacy. His background includes 15 years with the Australian government, focusing on Asia-Pacific regional security and leading teams on counterterrorism, cyber threats, and weapons proliferation. He served 12 years in the Australian Army as a helicopter gunship pilot and intelligence officer. A graduate of the Australian Defense Force Academy and the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Adam founded the national security consultancy Levenhall and the nonprofit OTX International, which supported at-risk Afghans during the Taliban's rise.
Alicia Lynch brings over 30 years of intelligence, security, and cyber experience with the Department of Defense, the Defense Contracting community and the private sector. Alicia retired as a Colonel from the US Army in 2012 where she served as both an Intelligence and Cyber Officer. Since 2012 she has leveraged her technical experience in commercial executive level positions focused on cyber and security. She currently is the SVP, CISO at TD SYNNEX and has recently held titles as Cybersecurity Advisor to Charlesbank PE, SVP CSO and CISO at Cognizant, CISO SAIC, DepCISO Accenture Federal, and VP Enterprise Solutions at a Cyber startup.
Barry Mainz brings more than 25+ years of experience in executive leadership, global sales, marketing, product led growth, and product development to Forescout. In addition to being an Operating Partner at Crosspoint Capital Partners, Barry most recently served as COO of Malwarebytes responsible for development and execution of the go to market strategy. Prior to joining Malwarebytes, Mainz was CEO and member of the Board of Directors for MobileIron. Before MobileIron, Mainz served as President of Wind River Systems (an Intel subsidiary). Additionally, Mainz has held leadership roles, as well as advisory and board positions at private and public companies such as Mercury Interactive, Makara (acquired by Red Hat, Inc.), and Sun Microsystems. Barry holds a BA in Communications from San Francisco State University.
John Moffat was appointed Minister Counsellor for Defense Policy and Nuclear at the British Embassy in Washington in August 2022, bringing over fifteen years of defense experience. He previously worked in the Cabinet Office on nuclear issues and spent over three years as Chief of Staff to the MOD Permanent Secretary, focusing on the pandemic response and nuclear policy. John began his MOD career in 2005 as an intelligence analyst, held various regional policy roles, and served two years in Afghanistan. He holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and completed the NATO Defense College Senior Course.

Randy Resnick is the Director of the Zero Trust Portfolio Management Office within DoD CIO/CS, bringing over 34 years of cybersecurity experience from the NSA. He previously served as NSA’s Zero Trust Strategic Lead, overseeing significant Zero Trust initiatives and developing key frameworks, including the first DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture. In his current role, he aims to accelerate Zero Trust adoption across the DoD while enhancing collaboration with various stakeholders. A native New Yorker, he holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management.

Throughout his career, he has developed solutions and applications in classified environments, architecting, developing, and deploying mission and enterprise systems that support operational activities.
