He is presently the Senior Vice President of National Cyber Solutions at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Daniel Holtzman is the CIO, Cyber Assurance Officer, AO, and SCOP for the DOD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), overseeing all CDAO-related efforts. He is also the AO for the F-35 JSF Maintenance System portfolio. Previously, he was the Air Force's first Cyber HQE and served as the DAF AO for Command & Control and Rapid Cyber Acquisition systems. With 38 years of experience, he has led large-scale systems engineering and acquisitions and received over 40 commendations. He’s a graduate of MITRE, Harvard Kennedy School, and a certified level III Acquisition professional.

In his current role, he aims to accelerate Zero Trust adoption across the DoD while enhancing collaboration with various stakeholders.
