Vinton G. Cerf is vice president and Chief Internet Evangelist for Google. He is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. He has served in executive positions at ICANN, the Internet Society, MCI, the Corporation for National Research Initiatives and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. A former Stanford Professor and former member of the US National Science Board, he is also the past President of the Association for Computing Machinery, Emeritus Chairman of the Marconi Society and the National Science and Technology Medals Foundation. He also serves in advisory capacities at NIST, DOE, NSF, US Navy, NRO and JPL. He earned his B.S. in mathematics at Stanford and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science at UCLA. He is a member of both the US National Academies of Science and Engineering, the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and the Worshipful Company of Stationers.


Cerf is a recipient of numerous awards for his work, including the US Presidential Medal of Freedom, US National Medal of Technology, the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, the Prince of Asturias Award, the Japan Prize, the Charles Stark Draper award, the ACM Turing Award, the Marconi Prize and Marconi Lifetime Achievement Award, the IEEE Medal of Honor, the Legion d’Honneur, the VinFutures Grand Prize and the Franklin Medal. He is a Foreign Member of the British Royal Society and Swedish Academy of Engineering and holds 33 honorary degrees.

He was recently appointed as a board member on the Cyber Safety Review Board at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Dr. Dave Prakash, currently serving as the Director of AI Governance at Booz Allen Hamilton, is dedicated to fostering safe and responsible AI practices within the company and for its clients. Prior to this, he contributed to the development of clinical AI solutions for C3AI and Anthem Inc., with his responsibilities encompassing product development, clinical consultant, enterprise sales, business development, and government relations. His expertise also extends to consulting on the design of the B-21 bomber for Northrup Grumman. Dave originally trained as a physician but joined the Air Force to serve as a pilot post 9/11. His 12-year tenure in active duty culminated as an operational test pilot for bomber aircraft, while simultaneously serving as a flight surgeon. Upon leaving the military, Dr. Prakash was awarded a scholarship from the Pat Tillman Foundation to study business and public policy at Stanford. Today, in addition to his primary role, he lends his expertise as an advisor to startups, volunteers on the board of WomenHeart and is appointed by the governor of Virginia to serve on the committee for renal disease, drawing from his personal experience as a living kidney donor.

Selbe has more than 20 years of experience in executive, operational, and engineering leadership roles across large, middle-market, and emerging national security companies. She earned a bachelor’s in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master’s in systems engineering from George Mason University. She is a board member of the National Defense Industrial Association and the Industry Advisory Board for the MATRIX Lab at the University of Maryland.
